Attorney Shai Eliav

Attorney Eliav has vast experience in real estate law, planning and building law, as well as commercial law.
As part of his practice he consults leading companies in the field, and accompanies land rezoning projects, tenders, planning and construction procedures, combination transactions, urban renewal, purchase groups, representation at courts and planning committees, and more.

Attorney Eliav is the chairman of “Ne’ot Harish” board of directors - one of the largest and most unique real estate projects in Israel, as part of which the new city - Harish - has been established. A full member of the property and real estate committee of the Israel Bar Association Provides pro-bono legal consultation at the volunteer organizations “Yad Sarah” and “Yad Riva”. Serves as head of the interns’ committee at our firm.
