Attorney Elad Sharabi

Attorney Elad Sharabi joined our firm upon the beginning of his internship during 2015, and after his ordination returned to be part of our firm as an attorney.
As part of his practice, Attorney Elad Sharabi represents sellers and purchasers, amongst which are included commercial companies and real estate investors in a variety of areas, including sale and purchase transactions, transactions vis-a-vis the Israel Lands Administration and combination transactions. Additionally, Attorney Elad Sharabi specializes in real estate financing transactions and provides legal services to real estate financing foundations.

At the same time, Attorney Sharabi accompanies in the financing of many purchase groups’ projects as well as financing individuals’ transactions.

Attorney Elad Sharabi is the editor-in-chief of the law newsletter - “Ha’Mishpaton” - weekly distributed to our clients and colleagues, and including selected case law and legislation briefs and updates within the law and real estate domains.
